Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that allows you to stay in long comfortable poses to maximize full body and mind benefits.
Yin Yoga
Looking for a unique date? Wanting to spend some quality time with a group of friends or loved ones? Follow along as I guide you through a sequence tailored to your needs, upgrade to YoMa to be massaged whilst you hold your Yin poses.

Pre-Natal Yoga
As an RPYT I have trained specifically to teach pre-natal yoga. This class can be focused to target any problem areas or be led for a full body reset. You will leave with new skills and knowledge to help your growing and adapting body through this time of change.
$60 for 30 minutes

$80 for 45 minutes.
Post-Natal Yoga
This sequence can be taught as soon as you have the "okay" from your medical practitioner to return to light exercise. Focusing on post-partum recovery for both your body and mind. Please feel free to bring your tiny human along!
$80 for 45 minutes.

or a sound bath for an additional $10 per person to your guided meditation for a truly personalized experience.
Meditation
Rejuvenate the mind, body and soul with a Yoga Nidra based meditation that will allow you to sink into deep relaxation.

Yoga-Massage (YoMa)
Exclusive to Reset Yoga and Massage - YoMa is a unique fusion of restorative yin yoga and massage techniques. YoMa can be taught individually or in a group class. Everyone can receive the full experience or it can be led as an interactive class designed to encourage support between you and your partner of choice - the ideal way to re-connect with a friend, loved one or yourself.
$50 per person for a 60 minute class.
$50 per individual or $250 for a private class of up to 10 people.
Sound Journeys
Sound bathing is a full-body healing journey. Singing bowls are played as you lay in rest, letting the soundwaves wash over and recalibrate you. A beautiful experience for an individual, couple or group.
